There is no ticket queue and no chatbot. Email us and you will hear back from the people who build the app, usually within one business day.
Location sharing is off for them, or iOS has revoked the permission. On their phone: Settings › Orbit › Location › Always, then open Orbit once.
Alerts go to the other people in your Nest, never to the person who triggered them. Check notifications are allowed on the receiving phone.
Orbit reads Apple Health. If the Health app itself has no recent reading, Orbit has nothing to show. Menu › Manage Access lists which apps and devices feed your Health data.
One person can belong to several. Tap the Nest name at the top of Home to switch between them.
Silver, Gold and Platinum are billed by Apple, not by us. iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them on Apple's behalf, but we are happy to help you make the case.
Menu › Privacy & Terms › Download My Data produces a PDF of everything held for your account.
Menu › Safety › SOS Call & Text Delivery Status shows every text and call from every emergency, and how each one ended.
Menu › your Nest › Leave. Or deactivate your account and come back later with everything intact.
Menu › Privacy & Terms › Delete Account. Erases your profile, location history, health and driving data. It cannot be undone.
Tell us what you expected to happen and what happened instead. If you can, include the time it happened and the name of the person on the other side — it lets us find the event in seconds.
